New Tube Bender
G&H is excited to announce the addition of a Horn Machine Tool tube bender to our Houston facility. It will allow us greater bending capacities bending both square and round tubing up to 3.15” round and 2.36” square and a length of up to 240” long. These new capacities will open up doors and opportunities for us at G&H, and we are excited about the challenges that lay ahead.
In addition, the Horn tube bender is capable of roll and push bending. The tooling is stackable which allows for multiple diameters to be bent on the same part simultaneously. The machine is electric and repeats to 1/100th of a degree accuracy, making it much more reliable than a hydraulic bender where ambient and machine temperatures can affect the repeatability of the bends.
