Welding

G&H is determined to become a major force in the contract welding of components and assemblies. Over the last six months, we have added four robot cells using single and double articulating arm robots. These robot cells are designed for utility, as opposed to being single purpose.

Robotic welding
has advanced to the point where it is no longer a time consuming and error prone process. The advancements in CNC controls and conversational/teach programming have made these machines much more productive.   In short, the number of welds per hour needed to justify this kind of process has declined dramatically.  At the same time, the size and complexity of weldable components has increased proportionately. G&H still offers all of the manual and semiautomatic welding capabilities, but the future belongs to the automation found in these new systems.
