Tooling & Fixturing/Wire EDM

At G&H it is our job to take a customers concept and make it a reality from start to finish.  Our tookmakers and engineers experience and skills allow us to do this by performing at optimal efficiency levels while maintaining a tight quality control.  We build all stamping dies in shop, and have robotic welders, custom forming tools, 4-slide tooling as well as other custom machinery and assembly tooling.  These tooling capabilities allow  us to shorten lead times as well as maintain a tight control on quality offering our customers the best possible products at reasonable costs. 

 

In addition, we have been doing wire EDM tooling and work since 1989.  Today we have some of the latest wire EDM machines available, which allows us incomparable tooling capabilities and productivities.  This enables us to not only create our own tooling, but to also create tooling for customers acting as their wire EDM supplier.  Our turnaround time on wire EDM projects is one of the quickest in the industry.
